Beautifully maintained and new-fashioned units with strong WiFi, good view, for instance. Perfect and exceptionally nice location for Gjirokaster, short walk to the center of Girokaster, the restaurant and the huge open bar, and the centre. Also, right in the old bazaar.

We loved the hotel's location in the heart of the old city, with the bazaar and city center just a short walk away. The views from the restaurant and open bar were very nice, and we enjoyed some half-priced cocktails there. The staff was attentive, suggesting things to do in this city, and even cute us with juice and water. The suite we booked was charming and spacious, with great amenities such as a fireplace and a Netflix subscription. We appreciated the proper door in the shower and the hotel's free parking on site.
Nothing, all excellent.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was an extraordinary experience. the hotel offered complimentary cookies and hot cocoa during the stay, which was a lovely touch. the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the main square and key tourist attractions. the best aspect was the breathtaking view of the town and mountains from the terrace, which provided a perfect backdrop to the festivities.
The hotel's sound isolation was not up to par, allowing noise from the kitchen and restaurant to be heard throughout the night and early morning. This was a particularly difficult issue during Christmas Eve, making it hard to fall asleep.
